On June 14th, 2018, our development partner Beacon Communities broke ground on North Square at the Mill District. This mixed-use, mixed-income development will be home to 130 new apartments and several new businesses, and increase the affordable housing options in Amherst by a significant margin. North Amherst has gone through many iterations in its history, and this latest development signals a growing community and exciting new avenues for business and lifestyle.
